William Farrell Ltd. were engaged to complete the full electrical replacement of lighting, emergency lighting and associated wiring to the office spaces and plantrooms of Accenture, 7 Hannover Quay in Dublin.
The building consisted of 7 storeys and the project was carried out in stages, on a floor-by-floor basis to ensure the client has access to relevant meeting rooms and office space at certain times.
All works were completed while the building was LIVE and fully operational. This project provides evidence of experience working in live office environments while minimising disruption to the building occupiers, which is part of the proposed project scope of works.
As part of this contract, WFL were Main Contractor & PSCS. WFL were responsible for carrying out minor builders works, coring & firestopping, as well as making good, redecorating and painting after completion of areas.

The Electrical Preventative Maintenance Services provided include; MV & LV Testing, Generator Maintenance, Fuel Polishing System, Periodic Inspection, Thermal Imaging, EGIP System, Automatic Opening Doors, Security Systems, Lightning Protection & Emergency Lighting System.
Under this framework, WFL also provide 24/7 emergency call out services and minor upgrade works.

This client has multiple office buildings in Dublin.
The Electrical Preventative Maintenance Services provided include; MV & LV Testing, PAT Testing, Generator Maintenance, Fire Alarm, Thermal Imaging, Elevators, AOVs & Shutters, PV Panels, Audio Visual & Emergency Lighting System.
Under this framework, WFL also provide Emergency Call Out services and General Electrical Maintenance.
