I have found WFL to be fantastic deal with, they are always very prompt to respond to any facilities issues that we might have. As a company operating 24/7 we need a reliable service that not only provides a speedy resolution but also supplies us with very skilled contractors. We have occasionally had to call on them to assist on a Saturday or Sunday. As WFL have access to a range of suppliers due their years of experience dealing with lots of different large companies they can get a quick turnaround on any ad hoc requests that we might have. For me a key part of the decision to assign our facilities maintenance to WFL is that they have a calendar in place to ensure that all key facilities based services are serviced regularly at appropriate manufacturer guidelines. On a personal level Aaron, Colin and Ashley are a pleasure to deal with which is an important feature in any working relationship.
