This role holds important value within the company and while the correct candidate must be appropriately qualified, they must also show an impressive drive for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), customer satisfaction, sales and promotion of the company as they will be at the forefront of WFL’s company-client relations. The role will be predominantly office based. The main functions of the role are to execute all co-ordination of tasks related to service and maintenance for our maintenance clients.”

Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Required experience: 1 to 2 Years

The Candidate: 

The successful candidate will need to possess & demonstrate the following:

  • Drive and enthusiasm for achievement
  • Excellent Understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to develop strong client relations
  • Understanding of electrical/building services would be advantageous
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to meet stringent deadlines
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Pricing and tendering experience
  • Proven track record of the above in a previous role

Required Education & Skills:

  • Degree in relevant engineering discipline or management discipline
  • Craft Certificates and training are considerable depending on associated experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • ECDL
  • Microsoft office packages
  • Manual handling
