Service Coordinator

Required experience: 2+ Years

The Candidate: 

The successful candidate will need to possess & demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a service coordinator/administrator role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to schedule, organise and plan
  • Ability to develop strong client and supplier relations
  • A strong work ethic and a team player
  • Have professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of the above in a previous role

The Role:

  • Scheduling, planning and reporting on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits with clients and engineers
  • Logging incoming calls and arranging call out service support
  • Placing orders with suppliers utilising Sage Accounts software for materials/stock and services
  • Process completed reports for PPM visits and call out visits and resolve/escalate any follow up visits/repair quotations
  • Ensuring all works relating to FM services are processed efficiently

Benefits:

  • €25,000-€30,000 Salary D.O.E.

Required Education & Skills:

  • Certificate/diploma in relative field e.g. Administration, Logistics, Customer Service
  • Leaving certificate
  • Good IT Skills & ECDL
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
