Project Specifications

William Farrell Ltd. completed the installation of the electrical services for the Phonewatch Office Fit-Out, Irish Life Centre, Dublin 1. As part of the project, WFL installed to a high-spec design spanning 3 floors in total which included general services, UPS, structured cabling, generator, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarm and building management system. A key feature of this project was the inclusion of the ‘ARC’ room, which was fed separate to the rest of the building with a UPS and generator back-up due to the nature of the clients business.

The project was designed and installed to the relevant BC(A)R standards and WFL were directly involved in the BC(A)R certification process from the outset and throughout.
