Project Specifications

WFL have just recently completed the full electrical services installation to the new 160 Bed Ormond Locke Aparthotel on Ormond Quay for Bennett Construction in conjunction with CW+O’Brien Architects and Ethos Engineering.

The hotel consists of 160 No. Bedrooms complete with kitchenette within the new structure to the rear of the existing buildings on Ormond Quay. The reception, hospitality bar and meeting areas are being constructed within the existing protected structure on Ormond quay.

90% of services within the facility are exposed.

This project was completed in BIM, on time and within budget for our client.
