William Farrell Ltd. were engaged to install the electrical services installations for the award winning office fit-outs in Blocks A, B & C for our long time client Oracle EMEA, at their fantastic facility in Eastpoint Business Park Dublin. The projects involved the complete electrical services installations to each block consisting of large meeting rooms, open plan office space, auditoriums, huddle rooms, collaboration spaces, canteens, sound proof phone booths, plant rooms, offices, reception areas and Oracle’s stand out feature, the Oracle Command Centre, a social media hub consisting of 6 No. 95” Samsung Screens.

As part of the projects, WFL installed a fully addressable fire alarm and emergency light system, generator set, structured cabling, UPS, general and feature lighting, general services, building management system and above all, an ‘Enlighted’ smart building control system, the first of its kind in Ireland.

These projects were designed and installed using BIM and to the BC(A)R regs and achieved LEED Platinum Certification. WFL were directly involved in the entire co-ordination process using our in house BIM Department as a resource to deliver.
