Project Specifications

WFL were engaged to upgrade 8 blocks of the Mespil Apartment Complex to the IS 3217:2013 Emergency Lighting and IS 3218:2013 Fire Alarm Standards. WFL designed, supplied and installed the complete package in all landlord areas in live apartment blocks. WFL also designed and installed disable refuge systems for each block.

WFL have build great relationships with Property Management companies over the year and work together to negate insurance risk and upgrade buildings to the required regulations.

In a number of blocks, WFL designed, supplied and installed wired domestic fire alarm systems to each apartment, which involved a large degree of co-ordination across a total of 200 apartments. This project was completed Summer 2015.

Our facilities team has, since the project was handed over, been contracted to carry out scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are fully operational and maintained to the required standards and to provide peace of mind and assurance for clients.
